• You must be at least 18 years old to use Rind.
• An account is required to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Rind allows users to:

• Discover, save, and organize recipes
• Create collections and personal notes
• Use AI-assisted tools to normalize recipe content

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create or save in the App, including:

• Saved recipes
• Collections
• Notes

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the App.

Rind uses AI services to process and normalize recipe data.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated or AI-processed content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Recipe outputs are provided "as is"
• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability

Rind does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

Recipes are provided for informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for:

• Food safety
• Ingredient suitability
• Allergies
• Dietary decisions

We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of recipes or cooking instructions.

• Rind offers a free version and optional paid subscriptions.
• Paid subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed monthly or annually.
• Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store.
• Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID settings.
• We do not control Apple's billing policies.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to access systems unlawfully
• Interfere with app functionality or security
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or abuse the service
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Restrict access to the App at our discretion

You may delete your account at any time using the in-app deletion feature.

All app content, trademarks, logos, and software (excluding user content) are owned by Web Ink Studios L.L.C. and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Rind is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
